The Cadillac was originally devised by Joseph Pilates when he was working as a hospital nurse, to enable bedridden patients to exercise. Sometimes known as the "Trapeze Table", it is one of the most effective and versatile pieces of exercise equipment ever to be engineered.

The Pilates Reformer is modeled after Joseph Pilates' first pieces used in his New York studio, and is designed with a moving carriage, springs, leather straps and a foot bar, allowing clients to perform exercises lying prone, supine, sitting and standing. The straps, springs, and box provide a variety of exercises in a variety of positions.

Wunda Chair

The Wunda Chair offers greater balance and control of the body. It offers a whole range of activities including stretching the spine and hamstrings, and strengthening the Powerhouse, legs, feet, calves, Achilles tendon, gluteal muscles, and arms.
