The Cadillac
was originally devised by Joseph Pilates when he was working as a hospital nurse, to enable bedridden patients to exercise.
Sometimes known as the "Trapeze Table", it is one of the most effective and versatile pieces of exercise equipment

The Pilates Reformer is modeled after Joseph Pilates' first pieces used in his New York
studio, and is designed with a moving carriage, springs, leather straps and a foot bar, allowing clients to perform exercises
lying prone, supine, sitting and standing. The straps, springs, and box provide a variety of exercises in a variety of positions.
